Pre-race sleeping

To keep you updated
After 5 races this year, I've only managed one good night's sleep the night before and I went completely flying the next managing my best result in any race
Despite what you guys are saying, not sleeping completely kills me. Legs hurt, less punch, less everything
I hope I can get rid of the stress one day, I just can't get to go past it for now

keep going. it does get easier. as another mentioned, repetition and familiarity make it a normal event.
not having a great sleep before the race is pretty regular and expected. over time, i'm getting better sleep before races than when I first started two years ago. you just get used to it
