Has anyone here tried the Le Col Pro bib shorts? I've previously ordered the Le Col HC shorts and found them a bit large for what I expected. I'm 190cm and 82-84kg, normally wear a large in most brands but found the HCs quite big in a size L. Not sure if the Pro bib shorts fit any tighter, or if I should order a medium.

They're both the exact same sizing but personally I find the HC material slightly less stretchy so I would recommend a Medium for you Pro's

Grab their Highline Jersey in person and check the crazy 6 mm seam tape work they have achieved. The quality speaks for itself. I also quite appreciate their unassuming design language.

Except their fit is meh, I have their skyline jersey as well as their mk3 bib, their clothing seems to be designed for the 40 year old who cycles on the weekend. Their jackets and shells however, are bomb proof.

I've been trying a few new brands mentioned here recently and have noticed a strange fit element in almost all of them. The jackets and vests feel perfect everywhere except across the front panel of the chest, where it feels a little bit tight and has a bunch of folds in the fabric. The chest at the armpits isn't tight - it just feels like the panel in the front (between the armpits) is missing an inch or so of fabric.

This is all standing up off the bike. On the bike the feeling goes away. So I'm wondering if clothes are intentionally cut this way to have a better on-the-bike fit.

Do any of you guys experience the same, or are these brands just not the right fit for me?

I thought I was the only one! I get this same phenomenon with 7Mesh and Rapha road stuff. Doesn’t bother me on the bike so I let it slide - not like I’m wearing it out to a restaurant...

Im just waiting on my Q36.5 order and Im excited about it. Ive been wearing Assos the past 5yrs ish and needed something to replace my Intermediate Evo7 jacket.

What I bought as a replacement was the Hybrid Que X. From what Ive read it should be more insulated which I was looking for.

Looks very promising. They also put in reflective elements which should be mandatory in all kit.

Just ordered a couple of SR2 jersey's from a New York company by the name of Search and State. Quality looks like it's there. Should arrive this week and will report on fit. I didn't want something to far out there and there solid colour jersey's seemed like a good option. Good customer service with quick responses to my sizing questions. Give them a look!

Anyone mentioned the Spanish brand Endless yet? I really like the fit, quality and style of the jerseys. Especially the summer ones. They are in stark contrast to the biibs though which are quite poorly made and relatively expensive. Wierd they got one so right and the other so wrong. Anyway...check out the jerseys if you don't mind not pairing jersey and bib from the same brand.

I have bought a fair bit of their stuff. Agreed on the bibs, they are bad. The jerseys I liked, especially their newer ones.

BUT, I was very very disappointed by their customer service. Had a couple issues including one with a piece I'd bought that deteriorated very quickly, and their response left a lot to be desired - not very helpful. I decided after that to never buy from them again.

Much more impressed with Maap generally. Awesome bib shirts, great jerseys, fantastic socks. And generally friendly people too.

I was in a bike shop this weekend that has a ton of their stuff, it looked amazing! Really great designs.

Been wearing SAS for a couple of years. I just wish their jersey sleeves were longer.
The S1-S bib material is nice but the chamois doesnt agree with me after an hours ride.

I'm looking to try Cafe Du Cycliste and Q36.5 next

I've got. Pair of the expensive cafe du cyclist bibs suoer lightweught or something. They are OK but they stay in the drawer and my assos sets get used all the time tbh.
