Multivitamins, Solgar is reputable brand, they have multiple choices, VM75, VM2000, Male Multiple, Omnium, for reference see supplement facts. There are of course many other brands.

Cheaper alternative is something like dm-drogerie markt Mivolis A-Z:

Omega-3, again Solgar:

Cheaper alternative, again Mivolis:

Krill oil is alternative if you have heartburn or other acid reflux symptoms after taking Omega-3 that comes from fish. While it has better bioavailability, it has smaller amount of DHA and EPA fatty acids, and it's more expensive:

Before, during (combined with electrolytes and carbohydrates if the ride is longer than one hour), or after ride, magnesium citrate, up to 400 mg. Beer for B vitamins :D

After the ride, whey protein, I'm using Danish Bodylab, but there are plenty of other brands that are also good. Known "secret" about whey is that several major corporations, such as Glanbia, Hilmar, Saputo, Fonterra, Arla, Alpavit, Wheyco, Milk Specialties, Carbery, Lactalis, Olam, Davisco, Milkaut, Leprino, Kerry, and FrieslandCampina, own the majority of companies involved in the production of various protein products. If they don't own them outright, these corporations still control 99% of the market and supply 99% of companies involved in the protein product industry. The same applies to creatine, where for example AlzChem is from Germany, while the rest come from China, Shanghai Baosui Chemical, Jiangsu Yuanyang Pharmaceutical, Zhangjiagang Huachang Pharmaceutical, Fushun Shunte Chemical, Shandong Qilu Petrochemical Qitai Petrochemical, Ningxia Heng Kang Pharmaceutical Technology, FarmaSino Pharmaceuticals, Inner Mongolia Chengxin Yongan Chemical, and Ningxia Taikang Pharmaceutical. The same pattern mentioned for proteins applies to creatine as well.

Sometimes something for liver, like Solaray Liver Blend Sp-13:

Also, sometimes, for maybe it may have some benefits, or pure placebo effect, something like ashwagandha or blends like 4Endurance Absolute:

If someone is using First Endurance OptygenHP, 4Endurance Absolute is the same, but for half of the price.

A daily multivitamin + omega3 + a daily A-D-K. Most of it gets pissed out but it helps address any dietary deficiencies.
L-citruline, beta alanine, beet root powder, chordyceps cs4, creatine

I also use a variety of protein products immediately after training. Not instead of regular dietary protein, but to ensure I get some into my system quickly after a workout. Preparing a real meal usually takes a while.

And obviously, a solid nutritional diet forms the foundation.

I have stopped consuming caffeine except for immediately before or during an activity that I want the boost.

I've been using Garden of Life for almost 10 years its a popular brand known for its organic and plant-based vitamins and supplements. They focus on whole food ingredients and offer a range of products like multivitamins, probiotics, and protein powders. 🌱

Beta Alanine and magnesium citrate. Beta Alanine actually does what it claims but you cannot miss a dose for the first 30 days or so. Then you can be less strict and it still provides benefit.
Probiotics.

Beta alanine and caffeine. Creatine made me have to pee in the middle of the night.

I find that the 20+ cups / day of water I try to drink does that to me. Surprise surprise! So annoying. :) The water probably has more positive effect than any of the other stuff I take. Does water count as a supplement?
