A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

Any tricks to getting bikes to shift smoothly without having to tune the gears?

Why are Wahoo so far out with the mounting of cassettes and bikes i.e the spacers are not correct?

I have both a 12 speed sram cassette for MTB running 148mm spacers and a 11/34 shimano cassette running 142mm spacers.... both need an amount of tuning which is a pain when you want to put bikes on and off the trainer all the time.

Is there aftermarket spacers that get the bikes fitting on the Kickr better?

Cheers

Is that a 11-speed 11-34 or 12-speed. I suspect you need the 1.85mm spacer installed behind both cassettes.

11 speed cassette.

And do you have the 1.85mm spacer installed on the freehub?

Sure do!

For some reason neither the road bike or mountain bike fit on the kickr without adjustments which is a pain.

Yes, that's absolutely normal, there is no standard offset for cassettes, so unless you're lucky, using the same brand hubs across all bikes, or want to shim and space all your wheels/trainers so the cassette has the same offset, you'll always have to adjust.

The wahoo spacers are 100% correct, they just have a different total offset.
