A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

Hi friends,

by chance I came across a Garmin IQ Connect app that displays the current consumption of macronutrients (fats / carbs). Although clearly it's only an approximation, I find it quite fascinating to get that insight.

Do you know of an app that does the same for already completed rides? Like where I can link my Strava profile and it details the respective consumption?

Thanks!

At the same wattage, carbs/fat oxidation proportion can differ so much between individuals depending on fitness, diet, even non-exercise related stress, that any app "insight", which doesn't involve metabolical testing of the specific person, is basically just random information.
Minimum bike categories required in the stable:
Aero bike | GC bike | GC rim bike | Climbing bike | Climbing rim bike | Classics bike | Gravel bike | TT bike | Indoors bike
