Wahoo Kickr replacement pulleys/bearings

A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

The pulley bearings on my Wahoo Kickr Axis failed twice now - each time Wahoo just sends a brand new trainer which I have to setup again. Does anyone know of a good upgrade pulley with decent bearings that I can buy? It's the tension pulley which keeps the belt tight which failed twice already.

PS: the tension mechanism is a joke too, made of super soft and delicate metal - had to de-burr the bolt and tension plate threads to re-assemble.

Here are some pics of this hot mess https://1drv.ms/u/s!AtMJBtkfIQHUgZRMIed ... g?e=VqeGn3

I'd also be interested in this. I am on my 3rd KICKR V4 now and its getting loud again - just this time I am far beyond the warranty time and dont expect them to exchange it again. Roughly 15-20k km on this unit. I do suspect the flat metal piece that connects the shaft to the flywheel to become lose tho, at least from the sound it makes. In the process of fixing that I would probably also replace those bearings if possible.
