Found out a long time ago. You need a actual physical person to help you with your training plan. I use an actual human to help me work on a weight plan that develops my physical strength. Working on your core and muscles is important for your overall help. It’s a whole package an a small part of the whole.

They provide a coach based on your goals. From there you get all the info to link to TP. All the detailed descriptions are on your TP calendar for each day (usually monthly plan) as well as feedback from the coach.
