Advice on a scales that sync with strava?

A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

With the Xmas festivities looming and my cycling gear starting to take less than 45 minutes to force my way into Im looking at getting a decent set of scales that would sync to my phone... And got me thinking can you get ones that auto upload to the strava app?
If not what would people suggest?,

Having a look might be a case of one syncing to Googlefit then that syncing with strava.
Looking maybe at the withings body cardio as I like the idea of heart rate being recorded.
But obvously happy for cheaper successful alternatives.

I’m using the xiaomi body composition scale, after having used both a Fitbit aria and Nokia/Withings smart scale.

Links to google fit and apple health and then to Strava etc. works really well for the price and has lasted a year longer than my previous 2 smart scales so far.

If you have enough time at hand, you can convert a regular dumb electronic scale to a smart one using a microcontroller board with Wi-Fi on board. To sync with Strava, send the new weight value over in a HTTP request. This is obviously not for everyone, but I had a similar though, at the moment I just log weight into a Google Sheet and update Strava/Zwift weight if it changes by several kilograms.

A bunch of floks are using SmartScale Sync, to sync data over to platforms of your preference.

I was thinking about a Garmin Index Smartscale and mainly using Polar Flow and TrainingPeaks to store my health data. :-)
