A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

Hi Guys,
Right this might sound stupid question but I'm not great at technical minded when it comes to actual technology and what's works.
I've got myself a Tacx Neo trainer, I used to do mainly colour spin classes which show you or tell you training zones when you in the classes which I found so easy.
Anyways when I'm home just tend to do 10min warm up and then 5x30sec efforts and then 2x2min all out hold long as possible then just 15mins spin afterwards.
Anyways is there a training app either zwift/TrainerRoad or whatever that is basically tells you what zone you should be working in and tells you if your in that zone or not? I want to just put on a program and just ride with information telling you that your in the training zone or not?
Read abit but it doesn't answer what I'm trying to understand yes it's probably stupid enough question to ask for some people but when you don't tend to use a indoor trainer it's very unfamiliar to me
Thanks

Plenty of options out there. Trainerroad and zwift are good options. I use Xert currently. If you have a more modern Garmin ie edge 530 then you don't need to pay for a subscription at all - you can do it all with the head unit and Garmin connect app.

Yes for free there are
Golden Cheetah (PC/mac) and ERGvideo(PC only)
https://trainerday.com (iOS/Android) but $4/month version has full workout library

Paid
trainerroad, rouvy, bigringvr, biketool, xert, rtg, fullgaz, ... and many more. Here is top 10 review

FYI - I represent TrainerDay but really feel all these apps are good solutions.

Is Trainerday suitable for TACX i-genius T2021 ant+ (non smart)?
