Tailwind to feel it easier ImageImageImage
Fan on the back is a pro move. Totally eliminated the sweat rolling down my back and into my crack.

Doesn't really help pushing me forward... however, some fresh air on the sweaty back is very nice.

Just sharing mine

What's not seen in the photo is the 2 fans I use. There's a hunter ceiling fan above and a vornado facing me on the bike or treadmill
What's that storage solution? The black pole holding the 2 bikes. Love it!

Possibly a Topeak Dual-Touch or the older B2 Bike Stand.
I did not want to drill holes in our ceiling and opted for a leaning type rack from Amazon.

Note the artwork was already on the walls when we bought the house!

I got my bigger fan today, which is needed as my two 28Cm fans were not enough for racing.

And the pain cave was green yesterday due to Eart day.

Those fans in the image in my last post have a 5-position rotary switch and put out 3600 cfm on #5 (highest setting), yet still put out a good bit of air on setting #3 while being reasonbly quiet.

They look pretty pro!

I usually don't sweat that much (I don'thave puddles on the floor or a soaking bike frame) it's more about the breathing as I am in a small interior room.

Our home faces towards the West with the 'trainer' room (aka front bedroom) gets direct afternoon sunlight, and today the temerature is forcast to reach 90°(32c) so despite the two large pine trees in our front yard, the room tends to be pretty warm when we start a training session in the late afternoon/early evening.
