The comfort of narrow handlebars.

The Prime Primavera Handlebars are really good quality. I have 3 pairs. 2x 38cm and 1x 36cm. They have no flare however.

This may be worth its own thread, but I've actually bothered to measure my 40cm ENVE SES Aero bars and they are actually more like 34.2cm at the top of the lever clamping area rather than 35cm. Bottom photo is compared to AeroCoach Ornix bars.

Focusing on core strength and pelvic position drills could also promote a weight distribution that relies less on hands/arms.

Consider a bike fit to verify your setup and identify any fitting issues that contribute to hand discomfort in different positions.

Do you have any experiences with epicondylitis, either from switching from a wide to a narrow handlebar, or simply by turning the levers inward?
