Ive had pretty good luck with them... a few things to note though with them.. just because it says the item is "in stock" doesnt mean they have it.. it means their distributor has it... I had multiple items I wanted to order , shorts, socks, some ekar drivtrain components... they had it all listed in stock so I ordered from their versus paying 2 shipping costs to Canada... 10 days in and the order still hasnt shipped out as they say are still waiting for half my order to arrive to the dispatch center.. their repsonse to questions is very good.. asked them what the hold up was, and they get back within a few hours generally... I realized lastnite I am short on inner tubes, so wanted to order in some on this unshipped order.. according to their site, there should be an option to just add them, but its not letting me, its creating a second order.. funny thing to is, their shipping costs to Canada have gone through the roof on some stuff... Postal service for 8 inner tubes is $22... if I want DHL for 8 tubes, they want something like $160!!! Funny thing is, my Ekar order/shorts etc sent DHL wasn't even half that price.. so I dunno how they are calculatng shipping costs... Im awaiting a response on just adding the tubes to the existing order... unless it crank my shipping costs through the roof...

i am also waiting for a refund of 1000 euro from bikeinn since march.
they did not ship my order and once i started a paypal refund process quickly shipped it 6 weeks later (!) by what time i no longer needed the product. product was never accpeted by me, was returned to bikeinn and now ever since its back in their facility they ignore me. case is still being processed with paypal.

its the second time i have a terrible experience with them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

Another awful experience for me. Not only is shipping dogshit, but this is the 2nd time I've had to return something from them.
Bike computer with an app (required to even BOOT, cannot do anything without the app) that doesn't work on android. To me this sounds like a warranty issue as I can't really use the device I paid for. It took 5 messages for them to finally accept to send me a shipping label to return it. I've sent it a month ago and they still decided to send it to china for the manufacturer to determine whether my unit was faulty (magene)
I've told them at least 7 times that there was nothing wrong with the hardware. The moron doesn't even forward it. How dense are these people? 2nd order, 2nd return, 2nd awful customer support. Still haven't heard from them after a month.

They are just following their warranty process, whether you like it or not. What I don't get: You already had a bad experience with them, knew about their issues with customer service and yet you ordered there again?

I would understand if I hadn't stated 10 times that the hardware was perfectly fine. Now they're just wasting magene's time by sending them a normal unit without telling them my issue was software. They'll run a bunch of tests with their development test app and be confused as to what didn't work for me

My first experience was just one item missing and poor packaging (plus expensive shipping). Nothing I thought would warrant never giving them a second chance

had an unpleasant experience before with bike inn. They stole one of the crank arms from my set and after I filed the report they simply refused to return my money or reship the new ones.

Also they usually lie about an actual items in stock and making it impossible to actually order some of the parts.

Some years ago i bought some spd sandals on their site, around mid june, came back from holidays after august and no sandals at home, and no planned delivery date or stock anymore, they were a bit funny when I asked for a refund.

I am sorry to say but bad customer service is now an industry standard, I have had issues with Chris King, White Industry, Jenson USA, not responding.. Thompson not acknowledging product defect, Rotor barely correcting their ordering mistakes, and the list goes on and on.. so far the only responding and follwing up quite well is Ali.. dam

Bought some Dura-Ace disc calipers from BikeInn.

Very obviously fake. Contacted BikeInn and they told me that they only sell genuine parts. I sent multiple pictures showing a real caliper and the one I received and they just kept telling me they only sell genuine parts. They said I could return it but wanted me to pay for return shipping (from the US). I had to threaten a charge back before they sent a return shipping label.

LOL that is a hilariously bad knock off. Sorry you got scammed. Shimano components and especially chains are just infested with knockoffs. It's like spark plugs and oil filters for cars.

looks like a 105 caliper with "dura ace" printed on, at least it will be safe to ride
