Darimo seatpost length

anyone here bought a Darimo seatpost for their Canyon Ultimate.

I have a Canyon Ultimate 2021 (27.2 post)
I wondering if a 400mm length is better to use because the clamping will be in between minimum and maximum clamp indicator ,Though the minimum insertion indicator will be below the top tube. Is it still safe to ride?

Darimo recommended that minimum insertion is above top tube where traditional clamp is
