How to get email when new posts in your thread?

I don't get any mails when there are new posts in a thread I started and I can't find where to select that option.

For me posting a reply shows several options, one of which is:

[*] Notify me when a reply is posted

but this seems to be broken since the last "upgrade".

Notification Emails should work now, but unfortunately are being flagged as "junk" - please confirm.

P.S. there was a server migration beginning of July, hence the problems. There was no update or whatsoever.

I didn't get any notification of this post and don't have the mentioned option. What is the sender mail address, so I can check my filters?

The "From:" header seems to have the same address and an
encoded part: "=?UTF-8?B?V2VpZ2h0V2Vlbmllcw==?="
"Subject:" is also encoded: =?UTF-8?B?VG9waWM.......

Thank you. That is not blocked or deleted by me. I don't know about the provider.
