Sending a PM

Hi. How do I send a PM. I can't start one nor can i reply. I see this message...

I have been a member for years. I don't post much but I have posted before. What are the requirements please?

On another cycling Forum the mods had to allow me to post PM's. I assume same here.

You need a certain amount of messages (30 or 50?) and maybe some seniority, can’t remember exact WW rules but they are listed in the forum rules.

possibly. i only have 24 posts. Mod has sent me a PM but i cant reply to it
