Wow... Has this minimum post count increased at some point? It seems like it was 15 when I first joined... Maybe I'm crazy.

It has never been 50, there has been a time where we had none. the thing we ask is: being a member for at least a month and you need a minimum post count of 30. I can't understand why that is such a big deal.

Because weaponofchoice has been spamming the boards frantically trying to get his post count up.
Is there any mechanism for reporting all the spam posts?

And we're at 30.

So glad we have rules for this.

I believe the reason for his spamming by him was to open his pm rights as well. He wanted to trade a Look C stem with a member. tough luck. The 30 posts have now been reduced to 6 i believe.

I was hoping to add a pic of my bike to the Canyon thread in the Introduce Yourself section, but I'm a new member and the 30 post rule applies to images. However others seem to have added images and have less than 30 posts, how have they been able to do that ?

Like other forums, you can simply use a hosting site (like tinypic.com ) to host the image and you just post it using the image FUD coding of

Code: Select all

Rather than reporting each and every individual post, is there any way to report a user? Weapon of choice was picked up earlier, but I've noticed half a dozen or more since then, 30 utterly pointless posts, post 31 in the for sale section........
