I'm considering both of these wheels for a frame-up build. I like the Roval Terra CLX wheel specs and have in general liked my Roval wheels. I like that they are very light and have DT180 hubs. I have heard from at least one mechanic that they aren't as strong/durable as the G25.
I have no experience with Reserve wheels. They seem great but are 180 grams heavier.
I'd like to keep the bike as light as possible. I don't need to go full road bike weight weenie on it, but to me the Rovals seem like the winner here. I should mention, I only weigh 150 lbs, so I am not going to put maximum load on these wheels.
Anyone care to help/comment?

When you say choose weight vs durability are you speaking from experience? The Terra has lower durability than the G25? Or you're making an assumption that the lower weight reduces the durability?

I have the Roval Terra CLX II wheels on my Enve Mog and so far I love them. I weigh 145lbs, so not to worried about durability and as mentioned above Roval has a very good warranty. Can't speak to the Reerve wheels, good luck, probably can't go wrong with either choice, buy the ones that speak to you.
Used to have Reserve 40|44 with DT-350, swapped with Terra CLX. Lighter and faster wheeset. Probably due to the hubs: DT-350 vs DT-180.
Terra CLX is sub-1300gm, with II version being even lighter then that.
