IFDRX825F FD-RX825 (di2 derailleur price listed with mechanical derailleur image)
IRDRX825A RD-RX825 (di2 derailleur price listed with mechanical derailleur image)
shifter is not price listed, there is some shifter in fcc listing (ST-RX825 or something else),
no derailleur in fcc listings (either it uses equal electronics to other wireless derailleurs or it is not wireless or it will be listed later)

Assuming it works with an 11-34 or 11-36, I'll be swapping out the Ultegra 12s RD on my road bike. The design should result in less chain suck and slap even when the clutch isn't in the engaged position.

Yes, RD-RX825 will do 11-34/11-36
Orbea 2x12 grx di2 bikes spec'd with RD-RX825 and 11-34T.

I haven't seen any 1x12 di2 grx parts or bikes options so far.

No levers? Maybe they're still wired and use the old 11 speed Di2 levers with a wiring adapter and firmware update as with DA & U rim brake???

can't imagine that but wouldn't that be a treat. i do wonder if they've really thought about the incremental income they'd get from making partial upgrades possible. i think they ought to at least try it at some point.

ST-RX825 grx levers are listed in second post in orbea 2024 gravel bikes specs (last line in screenshot).
levers not listed on spare parts price listing right now, but they should be available later

I'd imagine RX825 brifters will be unchanged except firmware. They were already servo wave, and I never heard of someone not liking their shape and size. But being able to flash the old ones? This is Shimano ...

Surely they'd have to change to accomodate the coin cell battery/batteries.
Plus they'll likely bring the shifters in to meet the design language of the road stuff, with the "shroud" over the lever.
I also wonder whether they'll introduce two levels of Di2 GRX. One, for example, similar to 105 with no servowave, no sattelite connectivity nor hood buttons (but with dual coin cells) and one similar to Ultegra/DA with servo, sattelites, and a single battery. This is unlikely I feel.

It was alleged somewhere (I can't recall just where) that Di2 only made up a small fraction of GRX sales, so the chances of multiple options/levels probably aren't high.

I realize you posted this mid-january but... this leaked stock list is obviously from Europe. So, point of clarification on that 2024-06-01 expected stock date, is that maybe an outdated official guesstimate in European style with the day before the month (making it January 6), or are you saying that you've already transposed the date to US style and the expected stock date is June 1?

Shimano nearly always does releases on the first day of the month, so June 1 would be more likely.
