I've got a 2018 Terra that I quite like, but I'd like to move it toward a more versatile setup (currently a 1X Rival meh sort of build). In my quest for a do-it-all bike, I think I'd like a 2x with some wider gearing options. I'm predominantly on road, with a side of crappy road. An occasional trail might pop up too, but nothing too rough. The goal is a consolidation, eliminating my pure road bike for an acceptable compromise gravel/all-road/whatevercurrentterm machine.

My pointless intro aside, I'm hoping to hear some experiences with the newer Terras versus the original ones. Would one strike you as a better all-arounder than the other in terms of geometry? Anyone had both and could share your experience?

I keep inducing further paralysis among my options (upgrade my current Terra, go newer Terra, swap to Look 765 Gravel...).

Thanks.

I don't have any experience with any Orbea Terra but I think the older Terra looks way better.
