Same experience. I now carry a valve core tool on the bike that carries this pump. And the piston head falling off... it's embarrassing. I twist-check everyones pump when they whip out a Lezyne.
I purchased the smaller OneUp and keep it loaded with a CO2 cannister. Not light. Haven't had to use it in anger yet. It has mounts on the gravel & XC hardtail.
