Picked the frameset up for half price, Open Up, size Medium in Sage Green, really nice colour so decided to go to town on the build and spend some time pulling the build together.
I've done several custom shifter mods for Di2 and for this one went for a full custom shift and brake lever set up.
managed to get a set of Red calipers and then realised they need a bespoke banjo fitting. Hopefully got the right bits on the way from Ebay seller in China, so finger crossed they work or a re-think will be required.
Heres the build list, hoping for 7 to 7.5kg for the build.

Bars/Stem Carbon integrated colour matched to the frame.
Spacers Aero colour matched to the frame.

Saddle Most Catapuma carbon rails
B/ Bracke Gubb BB386 2 piece screw together

How do you plan on accommodating the incompatibility of the brakes & levers? Last time I checked Shimano & Campag use mineral oil and Sram uses DOT.

The hydraulics is all SRAM, but the brake lever blade is a modified Campagnolo one, for the nicer ergonmic shape. For shifting the SRAM shift lever operates a custom switch unit. I set them up with RH upshift / LH down shift. There is a custom button that handles the front mech shifts.

Refresh of the bar tape and a good clean, been running this setup for about 9 months now.
Colour coded seatpost, bars and headset spacers.
Kogel Kollosos cage (chinese copy) remachined the axle pin to screw into the clutch spindle on the GRX mech,
Custom Di2 setup in SRAM brake lever bodies, the brake levers are modified Campagnolo, which have a much more ergonomic shape than the SRAM ones.
Gutted mechanical shifters so that the paddle shifter gives rear mech RH upshift LH downshift. and secondary buttons on the inside ove the brake lever bodies for front mech shifts.
Under bar climbing buttons built into the brake hose shift wire covers.
gutted two SW-R610s for the electronics,
Custom flush top cap in Carbon Fibre, and Carbon Fibre Garmin / light mount.

Your custom break and shifter setup might be one of the coolest things I've seen on here. Is there a thread where you talk more about this?

Thanks tiddytoddy, yeah there's a bit more detail here, viewtopic.php?f=3&t=170305
its all retro fit stuff, so that other than the groove for the wires to come out. The SRAM bits could all be returned to mechanical shifting and the standard brake levers if required. if you do a search under my user name there are a few other iterations of this stlye of shifter mod i've done and some Di2 mech hacks, from before Shimano did clutched Di2.
