Looks like they will finally be announcing the "Ostro Gravel" bike that Adam Roberge and Dylan Johnson have been riding in some of the bigger gravel events. It looks like they are marketing this as a combined aero road/gravel race bike, the true one bike to do it all.

Looks interesting! I'm interested in knowing max tire size for this bike?

Went to their website and its on the main page, but no details. Obviously a mistake to put it up there already, so I grabbed a couple screenshots:

I just hope it won't have VAM-like pricing. Does anybody know?

LS pricing is down to earth while all VAM pricing is out of this world. I’m certain the pricing will be more than $2700US for the frameset but since it’s not a LS-VAM gravel…maybe less than the $5500US?

I am hoping that it would be somewhere in between, but I am afraid that it won't be any cheaper than their VAM offering. I hope they realise that most people looking for a gravel bike do not need "VAM technology" to shave 100g from the frame.

Similar to S-Works Aethos and Crux. Its probably a way to judge price tolerance going forward.

I have just received a reply from a Factor retailer saying that the pricing will be similar to the road Ostro. A pity, but will have to pass if this means > £5k. Crux is £4.5k but comes with no cockpit, no aero and no integration, so I can see the value for an Ostro, but alternatives like the Aspero-5 (£4k), regular Aspero (£2.6k) and the Addict Gravel (£2.9k) are just too much cheaper for me to justify churning out £5.2k (or thereabouts) for an Ostro Gravel.

It will be disappointing if its priced similar to the Ostro road bike. I am hoping its priced closer to the LS.

I see they have pulled it from the website now.

Agreed. no reason for me to ditch my LS for the Ostro Gravel at that price.

It likely will - it would be bad business strategy to have a price point near the LS.

FWIW, it's also been listed on the UCI approved frames list since May this year:

It'll be priced as Ostro indeed, I was given a number 6k+€ for frame (not sure but usually with factor that means bars and seatpost as well + CS BB?). Crazy numbers, one to put into topic "is anyone else done with absurd prices" in cycle chat part of the forum :)

And it will be electronic groupset only, so no Ekar.
