usr, one leg patch, upper module different - steel (not titanium), etc.
If you're saying it was patched at the factory why would they have patched it with a different insert to the insert they use?
A patch on one leg and not the other? Well no kidding, only one leg has brake mount reinforcement.

Why you asking me? I do not work at Wilier factory.
If it's no my job then who did this? Italian Santa?
I already said it - the fork is definitely repaired. Judging by the quality of the painting - right at the factory. Whatever, I can't imagine who someone else could did it.
I won't prove anything, I'm sorry.

I already said it, you've got no basis for saying that.
It's apparent he came for one reason only. To bash Wilier. Hasn't even considered the possibility that the dealer may have damaged it. Or that it was damaged in shipping. Or that it may not be damaged at all, but that it's just the way it's laid up. Wilier is junk, end of story.

How do you know that this is a repair and not a reinforcement in the area? When you strip a carbon frame down you'll find a lot of these reinforcements. Also, what method are you using to strip the paint?

I don't see what's wrong with the first pic. Because they use two different looking threaded inserts? You think they replaced one of those?
As far as the last pic, I don't see how you can say that that is a patch. You do realize that bikes are laid up from hundreds of small pieces of carbon that would probably all look like "patches" once sanded down. As this frame wasn't designed to be nude, there is no pretty carbon top layer.
Wilier frames may be crap or not but I don't think we can tell either way from these photos. If you want a frame to look good under the paint, get a Time. It's the only one that is going to be pretty inside and out.

Agreed.
OP needs to buy 3-5 more forks from Willier and sand them down and tell us if the layup schedule changed.

Vic, did you strip the whole frameset? did ou find other irregular spots, filler, etc- What about the other fork leg.
Regarding the inserts, it seems to me that they are different by design, one is for fender stays, the other for bag attachments.

Carbon bikes are laid up by hand and most of them have additional plies wrapped around high stress areas after the initial molding process, especially where metal inserts are bonded. Nothing you have shown indicates a repair job.

Right leg is ok
Left - no
And there was coil inserts at upper hole.
Sorry for bad photos. The fork is under repairing now. We decided to fix that.
