Definitely possible. Imo for fast riding consider 44-46t front ring with 32mm rubber and for versatility I would go for xplr derailleur since tou have option for 10-44t cassette.

So I'm kind of eyeing a Kanzo Fast (over an Exploro Racemax). Compared to other "aero" gravel rigs, $2999 for a frameset sounds like a good deal since it comes with integrated cockpit.

I don't want so much of a gravel machine per se, but more of an allroad. Fast, super comfortable on paved road, with light dirt duty as secondary usage. With ~40mm deep carbon wheels of sufficient width to cover 32c GP5000TR, Force AXS Wide (10-36T), 1x 40-42T Red cranks, Red HRD brakes, Red AXS shifters, and a comfortable saddle, do you think I can get below 7.5kg complete with pedals/computer mount/cages ?

Also, just by looking around, no one seems to have these in stock in Medium. Ridley's site lets you configure it with custom color schemes but it doesn't look like they sell them direct (or in custom colors as just a frameset)
Hi,

The Kanzo Will be good with 32mm slicks or more for sure. Fast bike!

You will have slightly problems with 7.5kg bike incl pedals and bottlecages Even with RED group. The frame is not the lightest around but gives you integrated cables and aero features.

My guess in Size M with full red and light wheelset with 32mm tubeless is around 7.6kg No pedals and accessories.

Thank you! Do you recall what your frame, fork, cockpit, and seatpost weight was on your build?

Hi,

I did not weigh frame. My Size S with red xplr and 10-36 cassette (force) and red quarq crank with nextie (1470gram) + terra speed, fizik argo R1 (189g) and m8100 pedals plus garmin mount and bottlecages is 8.25kg ready to go. Iam running noah cockpit with 110/400mm.

Ok, I'll be running an R1 Argo as well, but size M, same saize cockpit. Probably DA9100 road pedals, MAYBE winspace grapid wheels so from what I am seeing, I'm looking really close to 8kg. Which isn't bad given the giant tire clearance!

You should get under. I have size M with 65mm wheels 1605g brooks c13 wich is 299 grams and xtr pedals. Bike weights 8.295 kg with pedals, wahoo mount and bottle cages. GP5000 are lighter than my Rene Herses, DA pedals will also save something, only 10-36 cassette is a bit heavier than my rotor 11-39. Cockpit is G1 420/110.

Da pedals and GP5000 Will help alot. Go for some sub 1400 wheels and you should be well under 8kg.

My bike can handle all the way up to 47mm tires in 700c. The racing schwalbe measure that with 30 inner width.

What are your options if you need a cockpit with different dimensions (longer stem)? Seems like they're not sold separatly?

Apparently the barstem is almost identical to the Noah Fast, but with slight geometry changes. So, a Noah Fast swap might be possible if you can charm your local distributor, but it only gains you a few mm...

Otherwise, go 3rd party. Don't some Ridley-sponsored riders use Deda?

Guess you have to ask which fits. Too bad Farsports don't make spacers for Ridley for their cockpit.

Anyways, no urgent need for me, but perhaps further down the road at some time.

Hi,

The noah cockpit fits but has less flare. This comes in alot of different dimensions. I have the noah 110/40-42 on my bike.

Its possible to buy New cockpit via your local dealer. The gravel cockpit is also in other dimensions.. Up to 120mm stem I think but wider bars.

The difference is reach on noah Vs gravel cockpit is 5mm.

Would anyone know what bike shops in the USA sell Ridley bikes? Or ship to the USA?
Thanks.

A question on sising. I have an opportuniy to buy an excelent condition medium. I am 175cm and inside seam of 77cm. Short legs and long torso and arms. Ridley's site suggests that i should ride a sise small. Anyone with similar measurements let me know what sise they ride? Mnay thanks.
