I'm not sure how they can make any Ekar WRL sales without destroying their SR WRL pricing model. Rival AXS 1x is about €800. Force AXS 1x a bit over 1k. I'd guess 1x GRX Di2 (12s) will land at €13-1400. If street price is above €1.5k, virtually nobody will consider it. Below €2.5k and it makes a mockery of their SR WRL pricing.

Not sure where you can find a full Rival AXS groupset for 800 euro/$1000. I have both and honestly, EKAR just as good if not better.

It's generally not sold with chainset for 1x / XPLR. BD sell without for 820€ including 19% VAT. A few other places do with chainset for 900-940.

If you need any further confirmation of what Ekar is up against ... RX820 1x full gruppo for €750 including vat.

Hiya, strange problem here. Bit of play in the BB. Cranks are torqued according to spec.

After disassembly the bearing feel good. Looks as if the cups are wearing down and the save spring is eating into the cups.

Does that sound familiar to anyone? Cheers Lars

Is the BB width according to specs?

Hiya. Must be. It's an Oem Canyon Grizl which I have been riding for two years now, and the play is new.

Do you have an Ekar specific BB? My coworker had the same problem, then realized that Ekar BB is made slightly different compared to standard Campagnolo BB (as Chorus/Record), I did saw that in person and it was as you described

@Berk: Thanks. Must be. OEM build, plus the bearings with the extra external seal fit in the cups.
