Only used it as a cyclocross bike but I must say I've been very pleased with it. It's pretty stiff and responsive but at around 1100g grams it's not the lightest although that does include a threaded BB which is very useful.THat siad I was still able to build up into a 7.7kgs bike with GRX810 1x and a Stans Grail MK3 wheelset. I'm usually build my own wheels so I'm currently in the process of building a set of carbon hoops that should bring the weight down to about 7.3kgs.

I just wanted to encourage you to consider a frame with BB86. The frame you're looking for doesn't really exist. I have had a very good experience with pairing a token thread-together BB on a lightcarbon BB86 frame, despite the frame having relatively crappy BB finishing. The thread-together BB offers all the convenience of a threaded BB and better alignment than press-fit.
What you think about FM-R898 and FM-R898HE geo? It is advertised as both cx and gravel, bb options BSA/T47/BB30.
Both models have CX specific chainstay 425 mm, 70 mm BB drop, and trail.
Other geo specs are different and size options are different: FM-R898 44,48,50,53,56 vs FM-R898HE 44,48,50,55,58.
