What you think about FM-R898 and FM-R898HE geo? It is advertised as both cx and gravel, bb options BSA/T47/BB30.
Both models have CX specific chainstay 425 mm, 70 mm BB drop, and trail.
Other geo specs are different and size options are different: FM-R898 44,48,50,53,56 vs FM-R898HE 44,48,50,55,58.
I have never seen this frame before--I'd be wary of qualtiy if you're buying from an unknown manufacturer/reseller. For whatever reason I don't like the way it looks, I think the tube shapes are kind of contrived, it doesn't strike me as bike that would be particularly light. But if it matches your specs, it's up to you.

Previously you mentioned you want something with full-internal routing. If you're considering semi-internal routing, I'd point you towrards the Flyxii FE-806, which comes with a BSA BB and has geometry specs that match the latest CX bikes like Cervelo R5CX and Canyon Inflite--65mm BB height, longer head tube & front-center.

I have this frame in size 480 with PF30 BB. I got mine from Ornan Bike.

Not much to say other than it's a nice frame and I enjoy riding it. No issues to speak of. I don't have much to say about the geometry, just want to say I really enjoy riding it and you can buy with confidence. It's an older, tested frame mold used by smaller brands as their house gravel frame. Franco Grimes comes to mind.

I find that the unknown sellers tend to be the ones actually dealing as OEMs and producing the more interesting frame designs :D buy with caution, though. And get the T47!!!

I'm using FE-806 for cx and gravel. Very responsive frame. Flanders is using this mold for their Forte frameset. Also Accent CX-one carbon is FE-806.

The FE-806 looks pretty much the same as TanTan's GR029. I have one and can confirm it's an excellent cyclocross frame and, as it takes tyres up to 42mm, it would work well as a gravel frame, though perhaps not for back-packing type jaunts.

The Flyxii FE-806 looks identical to the Forme Calver carbon frame.

Hello everyone,

I am 1.90 m tall and have a inseam of about 93 cm. I ride a Carbonda 696 in 61 and a Sworks Tarmac Sl6 in 61, but I would like to convert my 696 into a commuter bike and build a cyclocross bike as a replacement. So what I want is a high stack (min. 615 mm), short reach, short wheelbase.

Do any of you have a tip on a suitable frameset for me? (Reliable/well-known manufacturers preferred)

You're probably better off asking this question on chinertown.com. There are some real open mold frame specialists there :D

I'm 2m with 98cn inseam and am happy on the carbonda 505. It's a bit more races than the 696, could work for cx in a pinch.
