Not going to find a ceramic one for marginal gainm, but just for quality and maintenance.
The crank will be a Shimano Ultegra one.
I guess the Shimao one (SM-BB92-41B, Pressfit 86.5) of DA range is fine, but are there any better options?
For example, less creaking.
Or just haul the Shimano one and treat it as disposable when worn out?

Do you have a good, in-tolerance frame? Then shimano ones are fine. Otherwise sn-vitae, bbinfinite, hambini, probably some decent ones on alix by now.

I'm 30mm... but the THM served me well for 5+ years and still going. The new BMC I went with bbinfinite ceramic ..well just because. Seems great too, so far.

If you can find new old stock one, Chris King PF24 is amazingly good. Both steel and ceramic. I have both and they lasted a very long time. Currently trying the ceramic speed coated version and it is ok.

Enduro Maxhit. My new favorite non-ceramic BB.

Simple BB infinite https://www.bbinfinite.com/products/bb8 ... 0645864507
- 1 piece (almost all the frames can have the one piece) = perfect bearing geometry = zero creak + way better durability + way better spin
- lifetime warranty on the bearing (if you do a minimum maintenance)
- get the bushings for perfect installation
- stellar custommer support (long story short I did F... Up once, 100% my fault, and they have been above and beyond what I would have imagined)

Dura Ace if your frame is well alinged.
A 1 piece one such as BB Inflite if it's slightly wonky.
