My cheap aero tunning

1. DM EE aero sniffer. +7 g saves ~1 W.

My front EE is a mix with g3 and g4. I use g3 front panel with g4 legs, drilling holes for tension spring for better feeling. I have tested different size springs during G3 time to find the balance.

G4 is actually a regress, much higher manufacutre tolerence, less fillet, lower quality of anodizing (much easier to scratch), etc.

Have a full aero design, +18 g saving 2.5-3 W.
It transforms EE to Omega One Aero style, but the current size is not accurate and can't be fixed securely yet. Trying to fix these issues.

2. Aero Ti spindle slow release.
33 g/pair, lighter than a lot of Ti quick releases but they can hold the wheels firmly. Maybe save 0.5 W.

3. ST bottle spoiler.
+9 g saves 1-2 W if you believe Trek/Seka idea of their hole(s). I don't comment on this, but isolating the dirty flow by calf is a reasonable idea.

4. Aero DM hanger. (truncated NACA + Pina kink style)
9.5 g. Not sure how much it can save, it's somehow shadowed by foot but not always, and also depends on speed. Anyway, it's alreay lighter than my previous CNCed one (12 g).

How do you calculate your watt savings?

EE Frontal one can be calculated by CdA, and in reality it will do more due to the fairing effect for the part of the wheel. Full set is based on TriRig results. (Though EE claimed they have good aerodynamics due to cable hanging in front of HT, but the brake itself is an poor wind blocker shape)

Other guess "maybe", based on white papers from different brands.

RD one I have no idea on number, but I'm suprised no one else did it with 3D printing.
