Ouch that's a lot. Another good reason to size down. Thank you for this information.
I was wrong, sorry. The headset cover cap is 5mm. I guess that is minimale heigth.
headset cover cap is 5mm, another 5mm is needed minimally for the transition spacer if you're running Di2. The 5mm special transition spacer is only available for the SL builds. 10mm transition spacer is included if you're advanced pro level.
Is there a reason for the difference between SL and Adv. Pro?

SL doesn't support mechanical, and giant being kinda assholes for wanting to skimp out on providing a thinner transition spacer for adv pro guys.

I had to get mine swapped with a lady friend's defy SL frame as she would need a higher stack anyways.

Anyone know if the Propel aero cages mesh up with the TCR downtube well?
Curious to know it as well

Can anyone, based on their experience, be able to tell me the maximum tire width that is accepted for tubeless?

I ask about a 2021 TCR but I understand that it does not change over the years

My 32s measure out at just over 33 and I have several mm extra. I'd say anything over 34mm listed, is too much.

The TCR comes with knurled thru axle which seems like an odd choice for a carbon mating surface. Is that the same for the SL? It seems most thru axles have flat surfaces but I've seen a few other knurled ones looking online. I'd like to save a little weight and my carbon surface by going with something like the J&L thru axle. I can't find the dimensions for https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/304006879138 "&L Thru Axle 100/142* 12mm-19g&26g-for Giant TCR/Defy/Propel/Contend/REVOLT" The threaded distance looks a little longer. Anyone know if that should be compatible (giant didn't make any breaking changes with the 2025 revision)? I measured my rear axle @ 160mm.
