Cervelo S1 usual crack... Second owner... what to do ?

Hi !

I got a second hand S1 that was cracked... only very small it's the begining of the usual crack we seen a lot...

as I'm not the first owner I can't warrany replace it...

So as it's very little is it safe to drill a larger hole at the existing hole place to stop the crack? Or it's better to leave as it is and check... ?

previous owner doesn't use the cervelo shim maybe this cause the crack (the shim has fall far inside the seat tube)

Or it will get worse

Or just hang it off the wall
If you have someone qualified who can do a cost effective repair and you wanna keep riding it , do it
