I thought I'd start this after scouring all corners of the internet for different options for a new build I'm doing. Information on dust cover dimensions and stock spacer design seems hard to come by. Making it hard to tell if a non-standard bar and stem will work nicely or a 3D print option will be needed.

If anyone has some nice 3D print files of specific frame to stem transitions that would be great to share also

Thanks!

I have ones for Ribble Endurance to SL7 stem and I did another which was a Vision metron 5d to Pro Vibe evo adaptor.

I don't generally just share them as they involve a lot of work and test printing to get right.

If a frame is made for internal routing, the manufacturer should have the correct top covers and matching spacers. Most have locating pins that match the bars. Changing bars might require fileing off those pins and the stem shape may not match the spacers.
