Arm warmers for long skinny arms recommendations

Looking for a new pair of arm warmers for long skinny arms. Tried Castelli Nanoflex in size small and they're a little baggy around the elbow and slip down.

Cuff - 6 inches
Bicep - 10 inches
Length wrist to bicep - 50cm

Any good brands for long skinny arms? Assos?

I have maap and la passione both in size S which fit me well with long skinny arms. The Maap ones in particular are very tight and much tighter than some others I've had from Sportful, Rapha and Bioracer.

Probably the ones Wout Poels wears. Pretty sure his bicep is the same size as his wrist.
