BB86, 2x, power meter, SPD-SL... what are the lightest budget-ish drivetrain options?

I'm planning out my next build and looking to see if I should replicate my current setup or try something different. My current bike has a BB30 BB so I can't move it to the frames I'm looking at... I have a Quarq DUB Zero spindle PM + arms, Extralite chainrings and 105 pedals. Def want to stay with SPD-SL but open otherwise. I'm open to Chinese stuff that's mechanical but not electronic (i.e. I'll do crank arms but not a PM). What is the latest?
