EXS FK-01 Integrated Fork

I know these fork are designed to fit the Giant TCR. But has anybody seen these used with different frames to integrate the cables? I'm wondering if I could throw one of these on a State Undefeated to hide the cables.

Check the dimensions, if you can fit the bearing then it's fine.
