Saddle / seatpost hardware weight savings

My Yoeleo R21 has the following type of saddle clamp, which from some research seems to be a Ritchey WCS which is also common on a number of other frames from Scott, Winspace, Seka etc. The hardware is pretty weighty, with the large attachment bolt running through the seatpost not helping that. Does anyone have the same type and have found some good weight reduction options?
