leaked from Shanghai Bike show website. It's NOT Exceed v2 but named as SPEAR. it may means lightweight and fast.
the seat stay design is decribed as Wind-eye. maybe to smooth the turbulence from legs? also add some compliance for sure.
It's said as wind-tunnel tested in Silverstone Sports, and weighted 680g(not sure what size) with 2 race and 5 standard geometries. also non-glue process for molding.

Croder carbon crankset, 250 grams for the arms + ~100 for the axle. They have 24mm axles available, I am guessing the carbon arms are part of the modular system.
This adds an option that is on the same weight level as Rotor Aldhu carbon but can be fitted with a 24mm axle.

Visually, that looks good! Wondering what those geometries will be.

The mounting is 8-bolt which is nice for wider compatibility but the price will have to be carefully considered with the competition out there, including the outgoing sram cranks which are heavily discounted right now

Based on the weights they list, the 24mm axle is lighter (99g). A 349g set with 24mm axle is really good. Just 9g more than XXE 24mm Ti and Red D1 DUB. Depending on price and real world weights, I will consider it for easy swaps on Shimano bikes (so far been switching BBs for the D1 arms). They have a 4 arm spider so you can run their system with Shimano rings to drop weight while maintaining shift performance.

I'd trust Croder more for a safety critical component than the new Chinese brands which have no skin in the game if something goes wrong.

Any word on pricing for Croder? The aluminum arms and spider are 190€. Will be a bit of a surprise if the carbon set will be under 300€ after VAT like the Red D1.

Nice I love to see stuff like this coming out and hopefully it will eventually trickle down. Those 3d printed hubs look lovely.

I have some fairly high end bikes and wouldn't personally pay over 2k for a wheelset so no chance I buy it.

I'm nitpicking here but for 4k you expect perfection. To me the logos are placed in a visually unbalanced way relative to the valve. Usually brands place logos centered on either the red or green lines. No idea why they did this.

they do that to balance the wheels

the fish scale pattern is very cool. I wonder if there is independent testing on these wheels out there?

Release target is TDF.
awesome. any comparison between them and the normal 5d ACR? The look thinner but where can I read about the differences?
I have not seen any specs on the bar thickness but here is a small clip fwiw:

Keep in mind the low weight Croder 24mm axle is aluminium. Risky to run that directly on steel bearings. Maybe you can get away with it if you are a 50 kg rider.
The steel axle option will be heavier

Isn't the aluminum axle what they've always used? Would you expect there to be a safety risk or a wear risk? If it wears out after 50,000k, then I'd just swap it.

What do they mean by "non-glue process for molding"???

Those Scribe wheels look interesting..
I’m not sure if it has been posted already, but since the beginning of the year MCFK has released a new range of Road (25/35/45) and gravel rims.
The 45 in particular looks interesting as with light hubs it could be to a ~1130grams wheelset making it comparable to the Scribe
It has 21IW 28EW, so on one hand it could be said it is less aero optimized for 28c tyres, but on the other it lets people (and freedom to chose as well) to run a 25c in the front, for those whom like it / those events where a 25 could be still better while complying to ERTOT standards

GriogioCarbonio MTB T1000 ultralight carbon fiber cranks

255 gram
30mm axle
104 BCD

- No weight limit (how is this even possible, doubt its even remotely true)
https://www.facebook.com/dreambikes/pos ... 8oB7x89eRl

How can THM be way heavier and have a 110kg limit. Griogio Carbonio claims they are using much more expensive and exotic carbon fibre than currently available to any other manufacturer.

There aren't many properly light options <165mm either.

No word on when these are supposed to release though
