I bet it’s an S5 frame made exclusively for 1x drivetrains, hopefully with a more narrow handlebar at the hoods.

The 2019-2022 S5 didn't have a removable FD hanger, the current one has, doesn't it? What else to optimize with minimal tooling / molds change? UDH?
Going narrower than 380mm would be quite a first step from ("major") brands.
Minimum bike categories required in the stable:
Aero bike | GC bike | GC rim bike | Climbing bike | Climbing rim bike | Classics bike | Gravel bike | TT bike | Indoors bike

Cervelo post this morning about news on the S5.
Any idea?

Judging by how the industry is moving, this is probably Cervelo's new all rounder race bike. :D
The Soloist never quite caught on IMO
Nothing in Cervelo's current lineup has really caught on because they're still hobbled by their inability to make very many of them.

Does anybody knows about the newest DT swiss product?
I wonder if they're coming out with carbon spoke wheels. Farsports (wheelsfar) just added a carbon spoke dtswiss hub recently to their offerings.
Seemingly just a 38mm deep ARC
Spot on. New ARC 1100 DICUT 38, sub 1300g climbing wheelset: https://www.cyclingnews.com/news/dt-swi ... mm-wheels/

The next post they released just shows what appears to be a normal Cervelo S5. They say

We’re only a few weeks from Le Tour, and we expect to share a little something special just before the fireworks kick off in July. In the meantime, S5 wants you to go fast.

If something is coming other than a new paint job, it's likley just a revised layup for lower weight.

Aeolus RSL tires. Look like the current R4 but tubeless ready and offered wider. Hopefully a high performer as well

It's very clearly using the same construction as the Vittoria Corsa Pro, but with a Trek specific tread (smooth down the center, bumps on the sides.)

Right now the only compelling Vittoria road tire is the Corsa Pro Speed. The Corsa Pro isn't fast enough compared to the competition, it's more puncture prone in real-world riding and the ribbed tread kicks up stones. At least that last part is solved with a different tread I guess...

The tread cap does look wider than the Corsa Pro Control so there is that.

More on the Aeolus RSL tires. They're saying 3.7w faster than the R3 which wasn't even their top of the line tire, so this doesn't sound very exciting. They ARE hookless compatible for anyone involved with that mess

What model year is this? I hope Specialized do the same thing with the Tarmac.

320 tpi, supposedly rolls fast and is more aero due to trips/dimples.
