For Scope, from a communication perspective i think that’s a great launch. They seem to be doing everything right. All box ticked. I dont see big brands being that innovative for years. The last time i see something like this is the first Zipp NSW i think. Now i want to see the Tour test for these wheels not just the aero number but also the stiffness parts. If the durability of the hubs checked out too then that looks real good, if you have the money for them. The rim pattern looks a bit funky though.

Small difference in philosophy, Scope is offering a product for those who have chosen 28 mm tyre width. Syncros is looking at 30 mm and beyond.
I have to tip my hat at Scope for pulling the trigger on internal nipples that can be serviced without removing the tyre and tubeless tape. Campagnolo brought this a few years ago with the Bora Ultra refresh, it took some time for someone else to replicate it.
At this price point Scope should have went without spoke holes in the rim bed. Assembly cost would have been higher but why stop there and faff around with tape?

Scope has 2 more spokes at the front but a much cleaner hub interface. Imo carbon spoke wheels can be unneccessarily stiff anyway so if the front is a bit less stiff on Scope that doesn't much matter. The rear on the Scope has 24 spokes (too many imo) vs syncros 16 so probably no real appreciative difference there either. Since scott seem afraid of releasing schematics for their rims, I have to do a bit of guessing from what reviewers have measured.
The syncros were designed for 28c tyres that end up blowing up to 30-ish mm with rims that are 31.5 mm at the edge and arc to F32 and R33.6 mm. Not dissimilar to the scope rims which are 31mm wide at the rim edge and then bulge out wider. The aero penalty of running them with 30mm measured tyres is very minimal, kinda like syncros.
Nipples on Scope are completely internal, meaning you have to be able to access them from the rim bed to true them. This is kinda mandatory for proper carbon spoke wheels because of the desing that is required to make safely locking carbon spokes.
It looks very different .. and I just noticed the split seatstay junction - that looks wrong.

Seems like the seatstay reads "Spear," or have they not completely settled on a name? Other leaks say 690g, tested in the Silverstone Sports Engineering wind tunnel, 5 standard sizes and 2 “race geometry” sizes.

Exceed v2 is their positioning. 690g, No. Sizes to sell, TBD. Maybe they liked the Dogma X ... a bike which Pinarello dealers seem reluctant to order because they think the seatstays will be even more crack prone than the F.
