Hi

Just picked up a 2019 Cannondale Synapse Hi-mod. Currently fitted with a standard Cannondale chainset etc but want to put my Sram AXS groupset on their. That means taking out the internal bearings and putting outboard BB cups and bearing in place. I'm a bit confussed because it is a 73mm asymetric set up. I beleive there is a SRAM BB but I would rather go with something better. I have had good experience with C Bear in the past - I think this would the correct BB: https://velotechservices.co.uk/v1.asp?p ... 8&cat=1001.

Could anyone advise on the correct model or alternatives, are both bearing cup the same both sides? Also what do I need to to do with spacers etc on the crank.

Thanks in advance.

C-Bear's BB30a Dub has different size cups on either side so you shouldn't need any additional spacers.

Get Hambini, the C-Bear is garbage (tolerances are way out of spec).
