It's not supposed to normally come off. What are you trying to fix?

Change the internal spring, normally in others deraillereurs they have traditional circlips, you can remove them with a screwdriver, but this kind, never see one of those!

I've done it. It's just not easy because it wasn't supposed to be done. There is nothing special to do. The outer clip needs to come off first. Then the other one is easy.

Two tips:
mount a Torx wrench in a vice, and mount the derailleur on top of it.
That clip is going to go flying. So work in a clean area, or put a rag, tape or plastic wrap over it.

I did it because my hanger was out of spec, and I added another hole to lower the spring tension.

thanks, thats exactly what I need to do!!!
But how do you remove it, by using a flathead screwdriver to pry it off? ( on the image in the yellow part)

I don't remember. I think I got the corner chisel on the first one and pushed it off. That's probably why it went flying. The second one was easy.

Get them back on was not hard. The first one pushed on. Then the second went on with a pair of plyers.

Just out of curiosity, why are you taking it off?

well, I want to try first if I can make a new hole, to give a little bit more tension, I bought the bike second hand, and maybe the previous owner stored for years in a big cog, so the spring had in tension for a long period of time. It happens in my old bike with a 105, and fixed drilling a little hole next to the original, to put more tension on the spring.
If I cant do it, then the other choice is buy the parts to campagnolo (spring + busher)
