Think I saw Tracevelo review them on YouTube, but don't know if it was paid promotion. From what I saw, Shimano style crank / spindle interface, SRAM style chainring fixing, Rotor looks. No idea on performance though.

Yeah as masthemagician said Tracevelo did a video on these. He states that he bought them with his own money, but does link to an affiliat aliexpress store at the end.

Overall he seemed pretty happy with them but have a look for yourself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J2NmySF6hh4&t=752s

I have BB86 fitted with DA cranks. I periodically check in on this: are there any magical new crank options for Bb86 that could lower the weight without while maintaining stiffness?

This Racework crank set has a 24mm aluminum axle. I assume this will ruin either the stiffness of durability of the crank (or else other companies would use 24mm aluminum)? Does that seem right?

Are there any good 12s crank alternatives to DA? Lighter weight without compromising shifting performance. Would prefer something carbon but not SRAM or Campy. Can't afford THM.

Rotor Aldhu carbon? Fairwheelbikes just released their most recent cranks testing results and 4he Aldhu seems like a fine choice.

Aren't they 30 mm only? Too small bearing size for a 41 mm bb shell...

No, there's a 24mm axle option. But it weighs a bit more since it has to be steel.

Ah nice, thanks.
Would be nice if there was an option for 24 mm titanium axle like with SRM.

No, ALDHU carbon only has 30 mm choice.

Damm, really? The interface looks the same. Why is that axle not compatible with the carbon arms?

Rotor crankarms are specific to their spindle. They give the illusion you can choose either axle but you can’t.

From a materials standpoint, are there any downsides to a 24mm titanium spindle like the one from SRM? (Besides it costing a fortune, at least in the SRM case.)

Does it bother anyone to mix the cranksets from different groups, Campy/SRAM/Shimano? Thanks Baz

Hi all, I took the bait and bought one of these in order to swap my PM to a Sigeyi axo. The non-drive side crank arm cracked as I was tightening the two pinch bolts. Since there was no torque info I started at 8 N.m (I took for reference that Shimano cranks have a 12 to 14 N.m rating). I stopped as soon as I heard suspicious noises but the damage was done ... Guesstimating, I'd say that I was around 5 N.m given how easy the bolts turned.
I'll upload some pictures tonight. I'll try to contact the seller to get a replacement arm, if this fails I'll try to find a 3 bolt SRAM Red GXP crankset.
I would really be interested if someone has any experience with it and what torque they used, else I guess I'll just be the Guinea pig for the community :D
