I thought the same thing. Canyon is still often referred as a great value option, but it's nothing like it used to be....Now it seems that anything slightly below Specialized prices can be considered cheap.
Canyon Ultimate CFR Red eTap with 353 NSW wheels: 11,000€

Specialized SL7 Red eTap with Roval wheels: 14,500€

It's 3,500€ less and comes with more expensive wheels. That's over 30% price difference. Not sure why you would say that's only slightly less.
Van Rysel RCR in Pro layup, Red AXS w/ PM & 454 NSW: 8,500€

Decathlon is at Sea Otter so I'll check out whether it brought the new bikes and send pictures if it did.

Yes, even better. Neither is close to Specialized.

It'd be nice to get weight infos on these bikes, and if they're coming any time soon to Quebec/Canada... We usually have products a year late when we're not lucky :(

Thank you!

Classic is the way to go then since the fork and seatpost are shared, not every brand makes lighter forks and seatposts to pair with their Tier 1 frames unfortunately. But 790g is a pleasant surprise over the original 810g quoted weight at Velofollies. Do you know if the FCR also shares that 225g seatpost?

I do wish they kept this cockpit though

Frame and fork weights are good, but the seatpost is too heavy.

This is not specified but I think I remember the seatposts are shared.

I like the rear end of the RVR and the front end of the FCR. For me it’s really hard to tell which (if any) bike is supposed to be the more aero focused frame.

Darimo can probably fix that issue.
