Does anyone know whether it is feasible to use relatively wide (28mm external, ~20mm internal) carbon rims on a CAAD5?

I have tried to search for this but keep getting results for tyre clearance rather than external rim width.

Would this result in tiny clearances at any point or having to mess around with shaving down brake pads etc? Is there anyone who has done this?

At the moment I have Ambrosio P20 (24mm external, 20mm internal) with 28c GP5000s. I'd be fine swapping to 25c if needed but wasn't sure whether there might be any other issues.

I have 25mm external rims and 28c tires on my caad 5 so 28 external will probably fit but not have tons of room.

there's no problem.
I run the Elite Wheels Drive 50V (28mm outer) and there's enough room everywhere. have fun!
