I can't speak for the Trek BB90 (actually this is BB86 ?), as I never fitted Sram AXS on 24 mm Rotor cranksets on BB86 bikes. Rotor axles are long, normally when you put them in place on a compatible BB it should fit right there, maybe with a tiny thin plastic spacer, or by adjusting the left cran arm ring.
Isn't there an automatic L-R adjustment function on AXS front derailleur ? I never had to use it but there should be one...
