Bottom bracket size

I currently have a gravel bike with grx Shimano on it but with a miche bottom bracket size 86.5x 46,can somebody help as I need to change it but not sure which one I need.I want to go shimano bottom bracket but it's a mine field.

BB386Evo.

If you mean you want a BB made by Shimano I'm afraid they don't make any for those frames, they only do BSA, ITA and PF86 AFAIK. Plenty to choose from though, FSA, Rotor, Wheels Manufacturing, C-Bear among others.

I have used Wheels Manufacturing bottom brackets in all my BB86 & BB386 frames. Never had a single creak or squeak.
