I moved a lot of things recently due to find the correct position. Now since I found i have this new problem, that clicking sound appears only when I position my hands on the hoods (no matter if i apply some force or not). Also is not very replicable by doing a specific movement. The clicking appears only if my hands are in the hoods. More strange is that the sound seems coming from the stem.

-I greased the fork
- bolts are ok
-I greased the thru axle
-I inspect the bearings
-I inspect the fork
-Inspected and regulated the brake too
-Spokes looks a bit loose but wheel is straight so this reason is excluded too
- the levers clamp are tight need at 4nm in case i overtightened
- Cables has been tightened together with electrical tape in case they hit the handlebar

This is driving me crazy....

Is this a rim-brake bike or disc bike, mechanical or electronic? Are the cables external, internal or partially internal? Are you using linked housing or regular housing?

Disk brake, electronic (wireless), internal cable.
I don't think the cables are rattling because they will do always not when I stay on the hoods.

I also have the brake cable long, but again I don't think they are going to make noise In a specific way.

Check for cracks if you are using carbon fork, stem or handlebar, specially around the clamps of the steerer, handlebar and hoods.

Already inspected the fork and the fork tube.
Handlebar and stem is in alloy.

Also the clicking is more frequent while riding. If i stay still (at home for example) and i try to move the handlebar or push down the hoods the click is rare

It’s the stem spacers. Common problem with the BMC ICS system. Add some grease between the spacers, tighten the headset, then repeat when it comes back.

Also don’t over tighten your headset top cap. It can damage the fork by pulling out the structural foam inside the carbon steerer.

i already did once. the overtight and now i live in fear.
But also there is no foam inside, is just a normal expander.

Also i inspected the fork and seems luckily there is no damage, but soon or lather i'll cut the seering tube.
