I've been having problems with upgrading my pulley wheels to the Extralite ones.

It seems like the upper pulley teeth 'stick' in the flat side of the Sram flattop chain, causing it to stay on the pulley beyond the point where it should, and then drops onto cassette, creating noise and bad shifting (as you'd expect)

Extralite say it should work no problem, but I suspect there is a compatibility issue with the spacing of the inner plates of the AXS road 12 speed chain. I'm suspicious that the same pulley is listed as compatible with SRAM AXS Road, Sram Red 11 speed, and Shinamo road 11s - I'm pretty sure those systems are not cross-compatible for chains, so surely also not for pulleys.

Has anyone had success making this work?

specifically:

Extralite Ultrapulley 12t/12t (not narrow/wide)
Red AXS 12s flattop chain
Red AXS 12s RD
Cervelo R5 Disc- 6.75kg
