According to this blog lt woo is making an electronic-hydro group set. Wheeltop is also working on an electronic road groupset.

I tried to like to the page in the topic that has pictures of the lt-woo and wheeltop group sets. The topic also has mentions of Sensah working on something as well but no pics of electronic components. There are pictures of prototype sensah hydraulic hoods in the thread.

Pretty interesting - thanks for sharing. The upper part of the hoods kind of reminds me of pre-AXS SRAM shifters.

You take eTap and GRX and you fuse them and you get eRX.

Sram and Shimano spent $$ no doubt coming up with their product naming, and along comes this mob.....

The name is for sure lazy but I don’t really care tbh. They can call it whatever they want I just want it to be cheap so I can put more money into the frame and wheels for my next bike

their names are quite simple
R5 = 9 speed road
R7 = 10 speed road
R9 = 11 speed road
RX = 12 speed road -- x means ten, a number higher than 9

eRX = electronic version of their RX groupset.

While it looks lazy, I appreciate that they make the name consistent with the rest of their line up. Rather than creating a new name like "Eagle", "Etap", "AXS" etc.

I for one couldn't care less about their naming convention - and it's not like Shimano and SRAM have meaningful names either despite probably paying thousands to some smartass to come up with nonsense.
As long as the product is good enough to lower mainstream brand prices, I'm all for it.

If anyone has been following the blog I linked on page one, there is interesting stuff going on with all of the Asian groupset companies. Sensah and wheeltop are also working on electronic group sets. People have pictures and weights of all their parts as well.

There was a press launch in China recently.

It's a disgrace to the Chinese, claiming to be innovative, with internal parts identical to those of the Shimano Di2.
