i have 2 quarq PM's, one has a gxp spindle and the other was off a bike with bbright(bottom bracket shell is 79mm wide, with a 46mm diameter bore to accept PF30 style bearing cups)....i want to use one on a new bike that is PF86....which one of these would be easiest to fit/convert to fit that BB?

GXP has a 22/24 mm spindle, which is a natural fit for PF86's 41 mm bore. This is a pretty standard combo. Many avoid 30 mm spindles in 41 mm bores due to small bearings, and that other crank may be too short for a 86 mm wide shell anyway.
